Questions

Before you book

What does the $150 tune-up include?

All 32 items on the checklist above, covering the outside unit, the furnace or air handler, the ductwork, and the thermostat. Cleaning, testing, and the written readings are included in the flat price.

What if you find something that needs fixing?

We show you what we found and quote the repair before doing any work. Nothing gets replaced without your OK.

How long does a tune-up take?

Usually about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the equipment and how much cleaning the coils need.

How often should I get one?

Once a year is the usual recommendation. Fall is a good time for the furnace side and spring for the AC side, but one visit covers the whole system.

How can I pay?

Card with tap to pay, Venmo, or cash, collected when the job is done.
