How we handle your information

The short version: we use what you give us to answer you and do the job. We never sell it or share it for advertising.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone, email if you give it, address, and what you tell us about the problem.
• If we do work for you: your name, phone, address, what we did, what it cost, and notes about your equipment.
• Questions typed into "Have a question?": the text of the question.

What we use it for

Replying to you, scheduling, doing the work, and sending you your reservation and receipt links. That's all.

Who else touches it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our records.
• Web3Forms delivers contact form requests to our email.
• Anthropic provides the AI that answers typed questions. Your question is sent to their service to write the answer, so please don't put personal details in that box.
• Payments go through our card reader app or Venmo. We never see or store card numbers.

How long we keep it

• Website requests: up to 90 days in our system, and in our email inbox.
• Reservations and receipts: deleted 120 days after the visit.
• Our customer list: until you ask us to remove you, or we clean it up.

Your reservation and receipt links

Each link is private and hard to guess, but anyone who has the link can open it. Share it only with people you want to see it.
